Usually; I'm paranoid that way. I imagine they're commenting about my weight or my facial features--I'm not the commercial "ideal".But: their shallowness also tells me something about them. But, I must remember above all this that this is a dialog in my head; it could very well be that they're not talking about me at all.

I do assume they are talking about me - I imagine they are just so jealous of me being so wonderful :-)

No, unless I'm guilty of something embarrassing or some terrible incident.
I usually go with: they are talking about something personal.

I think they are having fun of me ... I have no confidence and i always believe others talk about me in a negative way...
