What you described is called pegging. It does seem gay to poeple but if you think about it you are just doing it with a women. So techniquelly your not gay, you just love anal sex, which is natually healthy for a guy to have done to him.

Doing those things and enjoying it does not mean you are gay. If you decide you are gay and pursue similar actions perpetually, then probably. The key is how and what you decide. You may not be fully gay, but it seems to me that you would be bi.
