Cigarettes are not only sold at gas stations and not every where cigarettes are sold a smoking area...

Well...I guess so long as they only purchase, but don't purchase and smoke, then its okay.
Its like where you buy cigarettes from shopping malls, but you can't smoke inside the mall.
Talk about irony!
