The manufacture of the glass fiber will have preset amounts that they recommend. the amount will depend on the the use of the fibers. Typically the amount is around 1 lbs per cubic yard of concrete. Cheers and good luck.

I get information from them frequently and they respond quickly. They even told me how and what to use to make artificial flat stones/like AZ flagstone

I would imagine that would depend on what you are building.
I personally like the latex additive for things like repairing concrete steps and porches.

contact your concrete mix plant they have bags of fiberglass one can buy they can tell you
