Have a blood test done to get a definitive answer. Invest in companies that make those tests; many people overbuy. Companies make 90 - 95% of their tests weak in order to make people buy more than one. Signs of pregnancy manifest before the tests work.
As I said get a blood test.

4 days late is meaningless. Even if you were pregnant, that's not enough time to be sure that implantation has occurred, and thus your pregnancy test wouldn't come up positive anyway. Wait a little longer (4-5 days), take the test again.

i think you are tricking yourself into thinking you are pregnant and your period is late. At 4 days late you would most likely show up pregnant unless your HCG levels were significantly lower that the test could pick up. Average tests pick up at 50miu/mil and the early detect tests pick up at 25 or less.

Implantation WOULD have occurred by now. Average woman ovulates mid cycle, lets say of a 28 day cycle that is day 14, lets say she has sex on day 14, conception occurred, the egg makes it down the fallopian tubes and into the uterus within seven to ten days, so by day 28, you would miss your period, by day 32 you should definatley test positive.

Your might be pregnant, and your HCG levels might be very low, ... but as long as they roughly double every 24 to 48 hours they are good. Your doctor would be able to give you a blood test to see if you are showing positive.

I get that way before I start my period so I think you are hoping for it so much that you are convinced already. The tests have been negative so I would just wait a little bit more.
