I am not asking who can throw it 75-80 yards! I'm asking who can throw the football with a lot of velocity on a rope 40 yards across the field!

Brett Favre. He's been clocked at 103 miles and hour once, and ripped the webbing in a receivers hands once, he threw the ball with so much strength, volume and accuracy, that the guys gloved went pop! That's some serious arm strength if you ask me, and his flea flickers are crazy, one flick, it's 50+ yards down the field without any effort what-so-ever. Damn goo QB, with a damn good am if you ask me.

It's been known for some time that Favre throws the footaball at the equivalent of an 85 mph fastball...By the way jmanj you really should start reading questions a little more carefully...

...there is a vidoe of michael vick on the internet somewhere throwing a ball so hard that when recievers catch it they fly back like 5 yards....but since he isn't in the NFL prbbl Byron Leftwhich he thriws really fast or Tavaris Jackson(yes he isn't the awesome QB but this guy doesn't want that as an answer he wants the fastest throw)

Peyton Manning may has a laser-rocket arm but not the strongest arm.. I think either Brett Favre, or Kurt Warner has the strongest arm..

It has been Favre for years and is still Favre. He throws the ball into the receiver so hard, that every receiver he has ever played with had at least one broken finger from Favre's passes.
