Names starting with "R" or "L" will flow well with the middle sounds in Charlotte.
Something like:
Charlotte Rachel
Charlotte Raine
Charlotte Rhianna
Charlotte Rose
Charlotte Rowan
Charlotte Ruby
Charlotte Lacey
Charlotte Laine
Charlotte Layla
Charlotte Leah/ Leanne
Charlotte Leona
Charlotte Lillian/ Lilly
Charlotte Lorelei
Charlotte Louisa
Charlotte Lucia/ Lucille/ Lucinda
Charlotte Lydia
Charlotte Lyla
Or, if you don't like those, commonly liked combinations are:
Charlotte Brooke
Charlotte Hayley
Charlotte Marie
Charlotte Miranda
Charlotte Maria
Charlotte Madison
Charlotte Reese
Charlotte Lucy
Charlotte Lindsey
Charlotte Ruth
Charlotte Renee
Charlotte Laura
Hope that helps! :)

First thing that popped into my head was Grace, but I really like what the other person said about what will it sound like when you yell out the full name when they are in trouble. That is great. My son has two middle names. Aren't you going to have any of the names be named after someone you know though?
I just googled "Charlotte grace" and discovered somebody had asked what others thought of that particular combination on here before, and there is a singer named that, you can listen to her music.
