Five thousand, six hundred seventy
There should be no hyphens. (in this number anyways)
There shouldn't be an and.

five thousand six hundred (and) seventy,

or

fifty six hundred (and) seventy.

the "and"s are optional. some U.S. grammar prescriptivists insist using "and" anywhere other than before a fraction is incorrect, but many americans and most brits use "and" after "hundred," and most (if not all) people will know what you are saying either way.
