Not dinner cuz who wants to eat in front of a guy or a girl that your trying to look hot for, movies is a big no cuz you cant even talk to each other. I say some where with alot of people so everyone feels compfortable and somewhere you can talk freely somewhere you dont useualy go so you can share something new and different with this new person like a carnival a fair a circus an amusement park a bar to play pool or a miniture golf course bowling a football game a beach a zoo a museum or ride the paddle boats something fun.

I think a café because it's a comfortable environment. I particularly don't like movies on a first date because it prevents you from talking and thus not getting to know each other as well as you could.

I don't know about anyone else ...
But a light dinner, and ... if you want, tickets to the local theater production -- even if it is just at your local college.
That way, you are BOTH comfortable, in a crowd in both places, and there is no pressure.

BEST PLACE would be having a meal on a hot air balloon over las vegas.

Going to eat so you can talk for a while, and then maybe also a movie.
