I have transfer money to one of the agent in india,I have all the banking details done and the transaction?

Now the agent is not contacting me for any details.How can I book a case on this.Will the law help me

Why did you send money? This sounds awfully like you got scammed.

Any legal action would have to be taken in India.

This sounds like those email scams... did u fall for it? I hope not... :(
