Unless you have pinpointed some serious personality flaws in your character that have gotten you into serious social trouble time and again in the past, then you are probably a little too preoccupied with others.

Fact is, you could be the nicest most tolerant and loving person in the world and you will always find people who get offended by the most trivial things you say, write or do.

If that's being paranoid ,then I think all decent ,caring and considerate people shall have to be paranoid as well.Since that can't be,I would like to think that you are more than normal but not abnormal(being too nice is not considered normal now a days).Being tactful and diplomatic helps us to convey most of the content which some people do being curt, out spoken or even rude.Keep it up but let nobody put you down. All the best.

If you are happy with who you are then there is nothing else that matters! I tend to purposely offend people , being a sarcastic person I somehow find humor in irritating people , I consider myself a nice person, I"ll always help someone and I like to forgive and forget things but I hope it don't make me a bad person. I guess it's people that offend others that I myself like to offend.

Glad you are happy so you have nothing really to worry about, besides it does no good to worry.

I mean can you stop the rain from falling by worrying about it.

I would love to be annoyed by you you sound a lovely person.

I have similar social anxiety. Bigger picture, Freud said 95% of people have some kind of neuroses, and they manifest themselves in different ways. The other 5% are psychotic.

The same thing happens with me, I eventually learned to just be myself and if you hurt someones feelings just apologize and move on. ;)
