yes i would but i would use a small plasic bag and cut a hole in it and place it over his nose and mouth so the hole is where his mouth is then blow through it i have done it before and it does work

no.. because i carry one of the little single use 1-way valve CPR mask..
but if i did not know the persons history.. and he was a complete stranger on the street that passed out for no apparent reason.. i might not do mouth to mouth.. i would probably just do compressions maybe.

First off, when you do mouth to mouth, you don't do it to someone who has an open sore on their mouth, nor do you exchange SPIT with them. If you are trained in first aid and CPR (which I am) it is recommended that you always carry latex gloves on you, wipe down the victim's mouth before beginning, and honestly, what's a little bad breath in comparison to saving someone's life?

i would. i mean this person has every right to live. and then if he still is dying than i would call 911. i just honestly hope it never happens. but i still would do it.i just really hope that i would get something for it like maybe a news artical or something. if the man spoke either german spanish italian or french than i could help also. but i would do it.

of course i would i would help anybody in that situation....in fact when in your country traveling from san diego to san francisco a african american woman had a fit and every body just stood there and looked ...it was on a bus...i had to push my way through the crowd to offer assistance..igave her mouth to mouth...and protected her head from banging on the floor. the poor woman recoverd the two children that were with her asked me why i helped there mom.....i nearly burst into tears..to think that this was noy the normal thing in there eyes that someone would do for them...ilooked after them till we got to san francisco...where i sent them home in a taxi.......i thought how could people be so uncaring...........but i suppose thats the real world.......seamanab x

Yeah. I'd take my chances but I'd probably put a cloth over his mouth first just as a precaution. You can still do rescue breathing that way.

I would take some quick precautions, like maybe using my shirt as some kind of barrier or something like that.

I don't think I would be able to live with myself if I knew I let someone die just because...
