they will probably be a 7 or 8th seed but yes they will make it they have all the talent and the best player in the NBA in Kobe bit they are very young so they will not get one of the top seeds the west is too deep with the spurs, rockets, nuggets, suns etc they will get there but with 7th or 8th seed.

I am not to sure, last year they started off hot, and then ended the other half of the season with a horrible record. You just never know what happens in the NBA, I'm not to sure the Lakers will even make the playoffs.

Oh yeah. The Lakers will make the playoffs. They will go in at either 6th or 7th.

If the reserves play good, I think the Lakers can secure a 4-5 spot in the west. With Kobe anything can happen.

of course they are coached by the best coach in the history of the game. it has nothing to do with the players even though having kobe helps but if phil wasnt in LA this team would have fallen apart 2 months ago.

they will make it since their bench improved a lot... Sasha, Farmar, Andrew, Luke... they are currently 2 in the league in bench scoring... i bet they will have another 7-game series with whoever they face....
