well, since users have mentioned PHENOMENAL tag-teams such as The Hart Foundation,The British Bulldogs,The Road Warriors,The Fabulous Freebirds,The Midnight Express,The Brainbusters,The Dudleys,i'll go a different direction.
My fave Tag-Team of all time has to be The Rockers(Shawn Michaels & Marty Jannety) !!!
They had the charisma, they had the fighting spirit, they had the Ring Chemistry, they had the in-ring skills/talents,they were the total package!!
Damn, they even helped inspire the next generations of Tag-Teams such as The Hardys,Londrick,Motor-City Machine guns with their High Risk/High Flying wrestling style(which was unseen & rare at that time)!!! they even invented pretty cool Double-Team manuevers such as the Double Top-Rope flying fist drops, the double superkick, the Rocker-Plex,the Rocker Dropper etc to name a few! they WOWed the crowd to a high like they're on crack!!
In my view,The Rockers are argubly one of THE most underrated, but also awesome Tag-Team in the wrestling business ever!! & also my fave! lol

Great question. I'm not a big Road Warriors fan because they're the stiffest no-sellers in the tag division and that's quite annoying. So i'd go with
1) Hart Foundation
2) Steiner Brothers
3) British Bulldogs
4) Rock'n'Roll Express
5) Freebirds

Rick and Scott Steiner in the early 90's. Before Scott was "Big Poppa Pump". They were quick and strong, they could out-fight and out-wrestle just about everybody. They were one of the few teams that could hang with the Road Warriors and go toe-to-toe with them. Scott brought the huracarana to the USA. When he did it it was a finisher. The fans named it the "Frankensteiner".
