Is there anyway to Time-Lock wireless internet on another computer?

My child has a laptop and i was wondering there was anyway that i could restrict the times that he was on there?

I have a Belkin 54g, is there anyway to put a time-lock on it to restrict the times that my child is on the internet on his laptop?
