Well here is the story, I have a daughter and i didnt know anything about untill my daughters mom filed for child support 9 years later, thats how i found out that i had a daughter, my daughters mom was young and was really bad going to jail all the time so my daughters grandparents raised her for 8 years then my daughters mom got her stuff together and then filed for welfare and child support. My daughters mom had gotten married and her husband works under the table getting cash and not reporting that income so both are playing the system. Can someone help me on this i have to pay $800.00 dls a month plus 100 more for medical for my daughter.

#1, if you didn't know about the daughter, how do you even know she is yours? #2 if you didn't know about this daughter until now, you obviously didn't sign the birth certificate, and your name is no where on the birth certificate, @3 she would have to prove that you are the father to her daughter and that can only be done through a DNA test, and that takes alot of money to do so, and #4 that takes time to prove it, and for that ridicules amount for child support?? where did they come up with that number? certainly not social services, that would have to be done by a judge, so either you are just asking a random question, or your not telling the true story here, so which is it?

Think of your daughter. Someday, she will be old enough to appreciate that her parents filed for child support and you had to pay it. You can do that either graciously and lovingly or you can do that with a lot of bad feeling. Which do you think is going to feel better for HER (forget her parents, it is your daughter we are talking about).
She has exactly one biological father and that is you. You will always be that in her life. $800 a month sounds like a lot to you? There are people who play that much in car payments and don't have a living breathing child who is their own blood to support. Which is more valuable? A car or a child?

well if your paying $800 a month your making a good living. maybe file for custody of your daughter on grounds that you can provide a better life for her.IF you can prove that he is making money under the table I would contact the welfare department to blow the whistle on him. Its not fair for them to be putting a strain on the system we pay taxes for and I know I have NEVER used or abused. You have right to try to take care of her if you can give a better life to her.not only that your daughter deserves better cause all she is going to learn from them is the same use the system technic and the abuse will go on another generation.

you ought to tell your 14 12 months previous daughter now that she won't get her drivers license till she is eighteen years previous, considering the fact that she grow to be so irresponsible by making use of stealing the kinfolk automobile, endangering her youthful sister, and breaking the regulation. additionally doing away together with her privelidges for punishment now, then in case you notice that she is maturing and not continuing to act out, you could reassess the age wherein she gets her license.

Do you have any interest at all in getting to know your daughter? Maybe you should try to get to know her. If her mother is so bad, maybe you should even consider taking her at times, maybe eventually full-time.
Report them for their fraudery.
