Where do I find this Barney episode, one of my favorites when I was little?

Question

The episode is called I Just Love Bugs, it was on youtube recently until it got taken off due to a copyright claim. I had come across this episode a week or 2 weeks back when I was online here and watched it. The link was in one of the questions. I instantly remembered the episode, it was one of my favorites during my childhood, very nostalgic, and I liked watching it again after all those years. Anyways, I would like to know where to find it. Now the person who put it up on youtube said it was never made into a buyable episode, so, where should I go to find it? Thank you for answering.

I had asked the question a few times before, but never got any type of location of the episode.

I don't know why, but I will ask this many times, I am just hoping for a clear cut answer of yes here it is, or no, there is no way to find it

supposedly it was never made into a buyable episode, at least that is what was written originally on the youtube page by the person who put it up

again, it was taken off of youtube for copyright infringement

and in all the links I have tried so far, it has been taken off so I can't view it
