Another question about alimony. Can my ex get into trouble if he is livin g with a girl, and supporting her, (she does not work) when he owes me back pay from alimony?

No matter what he is doing, he owes you spousal support, so he better pay it, or you bring an action to court that he is not paying (any way to garnish his checks?).

i think it will be difficult to prove that he supports her. if he owes you alimony , then you need to utilize an atty to figure out how to collect the money owed to you. if he works, then you can get wage garnishment. if he has any property , maybe some type of lein ? i have heard that the US Passport agency is not granting passports to deadbeat dads. also driving licenses can be suspended for deadbeat dads. consider utilizing whatever fair and legal means that are possible to get the money you are owed.

The fact that he is living with someone has nothing to do with him not paying or paying you. Also it doesn't matter if he works or not. They can attach his bank accounts and take his tax return.
