You'd never get a pretend being served the papers.

I think it is more a matter of logistical and practical considerations. I mean, how do you get to His house? You'd have to kill the police, hope they go the right way (and that's a chance proposition with the police we have these days) and then convince The Big Guy to willingly go without a fight, AND be willing to allow the police arresting His Criminalness to resurrect them.

I don't think there'd be too many cops that'd be up for a job like that. They'd rather raid a Mexican crack house full of Mexican mafia and MS-16, unarmed and naked.

The simple answer is God has never appeared in court. As an omnipotent Deity, God is immune to the laws of man.

You would have a better chance of getting Glock in court for some idiot using their a Glock to kill someone. God made the weed, He didn't tell us to smoke it.

God didn't make weed against the law--man did.
