I think they are pretentious and over-rated, especially Kill Bill and Kill Bill II. But if you will, please try to persuade me otherwise.

Pulp Fiction is watchable enough, but I really think it's over-rated. It's the sort of film that seems deep but when you actually try to analyze it you can't get anywhere and suddenly it seems a bit empty.

I've only seen Pulp Fiction (which is one of my favorite movies), Kill Bill Vol. 1 & 2. I really enjoy all of them. But I need to see Reservoir Dogs. His movies are cult classics. I was like wow after seeing Pulp Fiction and Kill Bill Vol. 1. Only a few movies do that.

Reservoir Dogs had some great dialog, as did Jackie Brown and Pulp Fiction.

However, Dust Before Dawn and the Kill Bills jumped the shark.

I consider "Pulp Fiction" to be one of the most unique, entertaining, and well-done movies I've ever seen. Since then, however, Tarantino has become a little too enamored with himself for my tastes. He's too much into style, and not enough into substance. Yawn.

p.s. I disagree with your assessment of "Pulp Fiction." I'm afraid it is one of those movies that if you can't analyze it and find something there, you probably just don't "get it." I'll put it this way: name one movie prior to that which is anything like it.

I think the kill bill movies are VERY pretentious. It seemed like he was trying way too hard to combine his style with some sort of cliche kung fu movie plot.
I am a fan of pulp fiction and resevoir dogs though.

Pulp Fiction is way better. I like the multiple story lines that intertwine like Guy Richie's movies Lock Stock and Snatch

His films are awesome, but why should I try to persuade you to like them. You have a brain and can decide what you like or do not like. And .........Pulp fiction is great.

Tarantino is the ****. Perfect example: Death Proof

You see, at the end, the girls kick ***.

That's Tarantino for you, and as, a girl, I appreciate that to the fullest degree.

well there is a fact that tarantino is considered as a great director because of his unique style and approach to his movies.that he tries something else in each movie is sole reason of mine to watch his stuff.

Over the top violence combined with clever dialogue. If that is not your type of movie, well then that is that.
