can someone who already recieves a survivors benefits check from their deceased parent also recieve a monthly Children benefit check if their other parent is recieving SSI for their disability

hey "that girl" thats not neccessarily true.. i just went to the website and it says as long as the child is a full time student (secondary school) than they qualify MY QUESTION IS: if the child is ALREADY recieving benefits from a deceased parent can they recieve CHILD BENEFITS from their disabled parent who recieves SSI

only if the disability of the other parent, left the child disabled or effected the child during birth and now has a defect.. if not then no if so then yes...

You need to contact ss about that one. They have a web site, they might have that answer on there, if not then call and ask, believe it or not that's what they get paid to do. Help people with the money they have coming to them.
