A collective of socialists and outcasts from other states. Barbara Boxer and Nancy Pelosi come to mind as elected officials who actually believe there are two victims in every crime, military is unneeded and that sanctuary cities are necessary for the further infestation of illegals. Thanks to them (and several others) California has become a modern day leper colony.
