i wouldn't get my genitals pierced(awkward....)
... too afraid for the nipples (ow...)
i wouldn't pierce my eye brow (wouldn't look right) or my cheeks.. (face or butt) under my tongue... or my fingers... or toes...calves ankles or thighs... LMAO ok ok...
um i wouldn't tattoo my face or neck... or head... or the backs of my knees... i wouldn't want one on the bottom of my feet either (come off too fast and pain....)

I have both genital piercings and tattoos. I also have facial piercings and tattoos just in front of my ears.
I would not pierce my hands or feet as they have a low chance of healing and staying put. I wouldn't put a surface piercing that it isnt likely to stay and be healthy, so no thighs, upper arms, and other out in the middle of nowhere places.
Currently I don't prefer chest tattoos on myself. I have seen lots of pretty chest pieces on other women and admired them, but I just can't give up that expanse of uninterrupted skin right now.
Other than those few limitations I would pierce or tattoo any place that I really felt would be lastingly beautiful. If I truly thought it would be an attractive addition, I would consider it.

Definitely not my nether regions you are right there. And also anywhere where there is not much flesh like ankles, feet, wrists and hands for the tats, and as for piercing I wouldn't get my eyebrow or neck or nose done. I have one side of my nose done and it was the worst thing I could have done and I have a tat on my butt which I got when I was 16. What about you?

I wouldn't get tattooed on my hands, face, or genitalia. The first two to maintain an image. The last one because it seems too painful.
I wouldn't get pierced in the same places for the same reason.

Aside from your correct assumption - I wouldn't tattoo any area that I couldn't cover with standard clothing. My face, hands, or arms below the elbow. Employers do still frown on that sort of thing.

I would never tattoo my face, neck, hands or wrists. Piercings...eh probably wouldn't ever do the face on that either.

guns are not great to use they have a lot of cross contamination and with a needle its actually less painfull and more accurate for the piercers. skin craft piercing.... i think.
