What does it mean when a girl I know, fantasizes she is a man screwing a female prostitute and that's the only way she can get off.

I don't think she is a lesbian, because she only does men. She said she feels in a past life she was in a male body and it's easier to get off with that memory and it's confusing in this lifetime.

that's a control issue more than any past life haunting. even though she sees herself as the man, i think she feels like the prostitute.
