No, the only pill I have to worry about taking is my heart meds.
A few months ago, I could not remember for the life of me if I had taken it so I called my doctor to see what to do.
I was told not to take it because if I had taken it, it could slow my heart rate to low.
Since I didn't know, I had to take it very easy for the next 24 hours. I had to advoid anything that could cause my heartrate to race.

I had that problem and now I put them in a tray with the day on them. Now if I forget I can tell a lot easier. And I used to get ill from taking them twice by accident. Bugger of a thing. :)

It's called reality monitoring. It's where you cannot remember if you did something or just think you did it, and taking pills is one of the most famous examples. I did my undergraduate thesis in psychology in it.
It's why I have a pill holder with seven compartments with the days on them.

just wait a couple of hours just in case you did take them.
you shouldn't let it get to the point when you feel sick && dizzy
um. you should keep like an agenda of when && how much medicine you took...

Im' cuurently takong percocets becase of resent surgery and i don think theyv afectid me at alll.
