I can't remember exactly what was going on but Stewie was in the basement and someone asked him what he was doing and he said "Playing Roman Polanski's house." It was soooo very wrong but it makes me laugh even just thinking about it.

Fourteen minutes and seven seconds into the episode where Stewie makes a time machine was the funniest moment on that show.

My favorite thing is when something sudden and brief happens that just simply does not make any sense. One time Peter asked Brian to do him a favor, and Brian did not want to. But Peter insisted, reminding him that he had done Brian a favor! Cut to Brian sitting under a tree singing. Suddenly, at just the right moment, Peter prances out from behind the tree and sings a chorus as he dances away.
Weird.
Funny.
And it wasn't even something gross!

The funniest moment is when Stewie calls Brian into his office and explains what he needs to do, but the phone suddenly rings.... "Grover, GROVER!! GROVER!! I'll call you back when you calm down". Stewie then tells Brian that he won't talk to cookie monster until he gets out of rehab.

When Peter got fired from his job and couldn't come up with the nerve to tell Lois, but he told Brian.
He went into the kitchen where she was making dinner, and asked her what she was doing. She told him, and he said that maybe we shouldn't eat dinner, because we eat too many meals. He tells Lois that she's putting on a few pounds.
He spends the night on the couch.
Next morning, Peter comes into the kitchen and Brian is drinking coffee and holding the newspaper. He asks Peter if he told Lois he'd been fired. Peter says "no I just told her she was fat". Brian rolls up the paper and hits Peter on the nose and says "Bad, Bad, Bad".

There are so many but here is one I can think of off the top of my head.... Stewie and Bryan gets this old beat up house for an investment. Stewie is trying to teach Bryan to say 'Over' at the end of his statements over the radio. It is so hilarious... you have to see it!

Clearly he cannot be just friends with you, so you either need to just date him and see what it's like or tell him you cannot be friends anymore.

In a pretty new recent episode, stewie is insisting that Lois's breast milk is poisoned and insists that brian is to suck her **** to test it and then Chris says' I'll do it!!
Sick, but hilarious

The scene in the movie where Stewie jumps from the shelf to the high chair and hits his head... "Look at this gash". Followed by "Your Drunk" - "Your Sexy".
