i am 22yrs old.i used to masturbate 1-2 times a day(by turning down and rub my penis in bed,i wont do handbeating)i get semen.but, when i try to have intercourse with my girlfriend,(ofcourse,i was pretty worried at that time)my penis is not stiff and it is difficult for me to put it inside her and i didnot get any semen.and moreover i get semen only when i rub my penis in bed or in something.is it a problem? can i get a remedy?

brother, your main problem is that you worry. when u masturbate, you are tension-free. thats y u perform well. but when u try sex, u get tense & worried. that spoils everything. keep urself cool. no worries. go to bed with ur gal with fun-filled attitude. rest will all fall in place.

Yup, I'd say performance anxiety is the issue. Usually helps if you "ease in" to the transition from masturbation to intercourse - i.e., you might want to try touching/exploring, massage, mutual masturbation, and other foreplay activity. Don't rush to intercourse - honestly, most women prefer it that way.

well dude your rubbing a coarse object on your penis so your dulling your sensitivity. there are some things bad with this cause it can cause irritation and desensitize your penis.
it's about time to stop that.
