I find that really annoying and disrespectful of others because I wouldn't just go and park my car in other people's parking stall, so I don't understand why she can't give me the same kind of respect?? What do you think I can do about it?? Do you think she is wrong and disrespectful of others?? And is she doing that on purpose or what??

But it is not my parking stall that she is parking at, so can I still call the towing company??

She is not disabled or elderly. I can think of one reason and that is maybe the spot is closer to the front entrance and so more convenient for her ...But I just think that's not right as she should park at her own parking stall near the back entrance and her stall isn't that far away from the back entrance either.

She has mental problems?? Or she just like to be at the front to park close to the front entrance??

Tow the car when it is not entitled to the parking area and it is valid under the regulations.

I had a jerk like this doing the same thing. I asked the manager to tell her that she has a designated stall. When that didn't help, the manager painted our numbers on the stall. Naturally she was there to be a pain in the neck and kept parking in my stall. So I bought three large, orange traffic cones and when I left I would place the cones to blockade my stall. After being trained like a chimp she began to park in her own spot. Yes she was doing it on purpose because she started up with other annoying behaviors like parking in front of my walkway so I would have to walk all around her car to get to my door. Obviously these people have mental problems that you and I cannot solve. It is a shame that we have to be victimized and aggravated by them with no recourse. Best of luck to you!

Have you asked her? I haven't seen your parking lot layout nor met the woman, so it's entirely possible there's a good reason she doesn't want to use her own. (Eg., she is elderly/disabled and her spot is far away from the building). But it would be better for her to talk to the, erm, parking-space-assigner in that case. I know where you're coming from ... I hate it when able-bodied people park in handicapped spots. They're horrible snots who think the world revolves around them, like their laziness is more important than an actual disability.

it is the height of indiscipline and carelessness. u can politely tell her to mend her way and if no result can take appropriate legal or other action as u can.
