Yeah, they do. They don't care though. I'm 17, and I do internet school through the closest public school. I like it, and I work at my own pace, so I could do my school at 5 o' clock for the day.
They don't mind.

No...they live 8 miles away. For me, the question is does my husband know I stay up so late? No...he's dead to the world right now and I've stayed up so late doing this that he's actually gotten up to go to work before I ever went to bed!!!!

I'm an old guy now (40s), but when I lived with them, they knew. I had insomnia (still do) and couldn't get to sleep till 2 or 3. I got a lot of reading done.
It's gotten worse since then. Now I take a sleeping pill every night.

Sometimes they do. There are some nights when I can't sleep till pretty late and my dad gets up to drink water or smth, he notices my lights on and then comes and yells at me for being awake so late at night.
What they don't know is that sometimes, I'm still awake, smsing a friend, but my light isn't on!! :p

i'm in college and i don't live with the parentals....i'm a night owl and i've always stayed up in the late hours...its my nature...it really wasn't that big of an issue when i was at home.

I am master of my own domain. Can stay up as late as I want. Will definitely pay for it in the morning...

Yes and no, they know I am up later then them, they just go to bed. (my mom works at 6:30am) But they don't usually know how late I actually stay up.
