To avoid the confusion, I am not planning on using it in the hotel casino and the fake has my name, my picture and information on it and it will match the information on my credit card that I am using. Do they usually scan ID's at hotels or just eyeball them. The hotel specifically I am talking about is probably going to be Mandalay Bay if that helps.

I'm NOT trying to come off mean... but are you serious?? This is Las Vegas!!! FCOL we probably invented fake ID's!

Do you think they WONT "notice"??

This is almost laughable. Again I'm not being mean but come on this place was ran by the mob! Might still be who knows...

Trust me Mclovin, leave the ID at YOUR house!!!!

We want you to have fun here! NOT everything that happens here stays here... you'll find out IF you and you WILL get caught!

Ummm good luck????

Like many, I am confused by your question.
If not for illegal underage drinking and/or gambling, why the need for a fake ID?
If this fake ID has your name, picture and information (which I assume is address, city, state, etc...) how exactly is it fake?
Credit cards are scanned (actually ran, not scanned) for hotel security deposit and purchases, Driver License are eyeballed and depending on the venue either loosely eyeballed or thoroughly eyeballed.
In addition to using "fake ID's" in Vegas, take the phone number of a good local Vegas attorney and bail bondsman, as you will need both.

Mandalay Bay cards. Therefore, they will most likely catch your fake ID. You don't need fake ID to check into a hotel, just a credit card, but you do need ID to gamble which is far more strict. My advice to you is check-in with someone who is over 21. Avoid possible embarrassment and legal troubles.

you will not get away with a fake id in vegas. they will prosecute you to the full extent of the law. anything that may jeapordize thier gaming license they take very seriously. Be a man (not a little boy) and go to Vegas when you are old enough to enjoy it. how the hell can a 19 yo afford Vegas anyway?

No worries mate, there are 122 bail bondsman offices in the local phonebook. Bail Bonds Unlimited lists a phone number of 702-487-7605 and advertises low rates. This is a serious offense, and they don't take it lightly, but if you want to be a felon, this is a way to start. Why not just rob a bank, I hear that is where the money is? IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE STUPID, WHY NOT GET A CHANCE TO GET PAID?

No... it will get you kicked out of the hotel and probably banned from all the hotels.

Why not just stay at one of the LV hotels that welcome 18YO's

Luxor
http://www.luxor.com

MGM
http://www.mgm-grand.com

LV Hilton
http://www.lv-hilton.com

~Jack~

Later: Well, it looks like there are two people that don't know there are hotels in Las Vegas that allow 18YO's.

Either that or they feel like a legal and logical solution to the problem isn't a good idea.
