your friend was raped. put this pervert in jail. call the police for her, and support her. if you don't, he could do this to someone else.

Some do, but in all honesty I know more women who get drunk on purpose so they can claim they weren't really responsible for their behavior. They know exactly what they are doing, but they go ahead and do it anyway. That way, when they tell their girlfriends about it, if the girlfriends are shocked, they can say, "I wasn't really thinking clearly! I'd had too much to drink!" In my mind it's a pretty lame excuse no matter which way you look at it. I have been pretty drunk in my time, as in drunk enough to pass out later on, but I still knew what was going on, and I never did something with a guy which I regretted later. I didn't, like, lose my mind or anything. I just got really drunk. If a guy wanted to fool around, and I wasn't willing, I was still more than able to say no. If you are worried that someone is going to take advantage of you when you are drunk, don't get drunk. And remember this: gentlemen don't do that to women. Slimeballs, yes, maybe. Gentlemen, no, never.

Underage is under 18 (or whatever the age is in your particular area). 19 is of age everywhere. However, since there are pics, she would have a case for rape if she wished to pursue it. You can take them to the police but they cannot do anything unless she wants to press charges.

I'm sorry to hear this. While she could have controlled her drinking, it was NOT her fault that she was abused as she was not in her normal state of mind due to intoxication. This abuse is actually RAPE! She may be afraid to go to the police out of fear for her life, embarrassment etc., but her sending you the photos tells me that she really needs your help. It won't be easy but you should try to talk to her about it and let her know that it should be reported and it would be good for you to go with her to the police, just for support. She will need it. I hope it all works out okay.

In this situation, I think the age of either party is mostly irrelevant (although legal drinking age varies from jurisdiction to jurisdiction). If she was _intoxicated_, and thus unable to give meaningful consent to sexual activity, then what occured was possibly a sexual assult or rape (depending on how just how far "taking advantage of her" went). It should be reported to the police.

At 19, she is an adult when it comes to sexual consent. However, if he supplied alcohol to an underaged and she was unable to consent (to drunk) to sex for that reason, it is called rape. You can report it to the police, and i sincerely hope that you do to get that creep from doing it to someone else.

This is considered rape in most states. You should definitely encourage her to report it to the police. But the ultimate decision is hers, so don't force her.

he will not get in very much trouble for buying her booze. Although she is not under age to be with him sexually if she felt violated by the things he did to her she can press charges.

Unless you have a confession you should listen to the girl and see what she thinks.
