Okay... work out (3X6 over 2)... then add 6.
Work out (6X - 2)
Subtract your second answer from your first answer.

If you mean 6+(3*6/2)-(6*-2), then the answer is: 27
If you mean 6+(3*6/2)-(6x-2), then the answer (X) is: 2.83 or 17/6.

7.5 - (-12)
7.5 + 12 = 19.5
That assuming the x's were multiplication signs not variables.

find greatest common factor, which is two
and then mutltiply the fractions by two, then you get the whole equation over two, then solve for x
