You will have to look around to find it, but there are kits to make stamps out of rubber blocks. You could also do it by carving into a good pencil eraser, but these don't last quite as long. The advantage is the erasers are easier to find and much much cheaper. Just (carefully) use an Xacto knife or wood carving tools to get the desired shape and remember to reverse whatever the design is.

When you say "reusable stamp," do you mean a stamp you can use more than once?
Or do you mean a stamp material that can be used for more than one stamp image?

You might want to re-ask the question and specify that, and maybe a bit more detail about sizes, how perfect the letters need to be, etc., if the previous answers aren't relevant enough.

There is a foam available in most craft stores, one brand is ranger and you can heat and then press or crave in the pattern you want, also try addictedtorubberstamps.com for similar products. You can then reheat the foam and carved another letter when you are ready.

I've also made them from erasers. I bought a rubber block from bladerubber in London.
