When you get to the end of the "train of logic," and you do not see an alternative, that is what you accept as true. That is just how it works.
It does not mean your mind quits "cogitating" on it. Next week you may come up with the "right" answer. But until you do, the last logical conclusion you come to must be what you believe. You know that what you believe is "true" after the belief has been proved, even if--even if it is epistemological principles that "prove" it.

Creator God (rather than Creator Matter; logically, one or the other has to be "true," as nothing comes of nothing; some thing always has been).
Beside personal awareness and experience, information found worthwhile, resonant, in "Climb the Highest Mountain," Mark Prophet, "Men in White Apparel," Ann Ree Colton, and of course the Bible.
More extended explanations are found e.g. in "Expecting Adam," Martha Beck, "Extraordinary Knowing," Dr. Elizabeth Mayer, and "The Reincarnation of Edgar Cayce?", Free and Wilcock, http://www.divinecosmos.com

The thing about believing something is that one doesn't know that its true. That's why one BELIEVEs it. A belief is something that must be accepted by faith, or something that one holds as true that cannot be proved.
For example, one may BELIEVE that there is a God. It cannot be proven. Likewise, it cannot be proven that there ISN'T a God. This is not knowledge, it is belief.

I believe that everyone creates the life that they will grow to have. You must push past all the hardships and only go for what you want. I know it is true because I learned long ago that you cannot rely on "God" for everything. You must be your own creater because no almighty force will care about you if they don't care about - war, poverty, and the all around deconstruction of our world.

I believe my dog has dreams, because sometimes when she sleeps her legs twitch and she kinda does this slight barking noise and then I wake her up and she doesn't do it anymore.
