sounds like you either use that hand a lot or you have had some kind of trauma to it. When either of those things happen around a muscle the tendon reacts by tightening up, making the over all length of the muscle shorter so it pulls into the area of least resistance. For your hand/forearm muscles it's the wrist. Some might call this carpal tunnel, I just call it as it is so you can feel better about knowing that you can do something about it, which you can. Once you release the tendons in the wrist the problem should cease to exist. Here is how to release the tendons in your hand to get rid of this pain: Wrist: With hand resting in front of you and your wrist bent half way closed, press down hard slightly behind the wrist and hold that pressure. After 30 seconds slowly open your wrist up as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your wrist open for another 30 seconds. Before doing this take a deep breath and exhale, then do your best to remain this relaxed for best results.
