Definitely bald. I have never heard "Hey! That's a nice combover. It really suits you." It's not like your fooling anyone but yourself anyway.

I would think it would be better to be bald. Sometimes the comb-overs look SOOOO bad....if you have an odd-shaped head, then I'm not sure which is better...they'd both probably look bad.
