Yes I believe it is true. In Revelation and other books of the Bible is states that a third of the angels in heaven fell to earth and followed Lucifer.

Video didn't work well for me but I certainly believe that Fallen Angels do exist. It's really a basic concept if you can believe that there are Angels close to us than of course there would be Fallen Angels.

Fallen angels are very real and they are all around us. This video seems poorly shot and in Spanish which i dont understand so I cant make too much of it sorry.

Yes,do believe that there are. The bible tells us all fell here on Earth long long ago,in the Fall. Generations have gone on,so the answer there is clear. As for your friend there,I doubt this is wing scars,as that is not how it goes.Wing scars as you put it are not present in fallen angels today..
