My husband and I did this for about 14 months and then we were ready to get pregnant again. I got pregnant that month, but that was the fastest time we got pregnant.

Ok, the first answer here is Bullsh*t. Ignore it.
Now, let me just say that if you DON'T get pregnant right away when you start really trying, it is MOST LIKELY BECAUSE OF YOU.
It's not that there's anything wrong with your baby-making parts, it's that YOU'RE WORRYING TOO MUCH.
Seriously, you need to calm down, and stop stressing over it. Stress can, has, and will cause pregnancies to not take. My husband and I did not /successfully/ get pregnant until we /stopped/ /trying/.
The way you're spazzing about this and constantly posting the same question, you're going to be SO tightly wound, there is NO WAY the pregnancy will stick.
You haven't even TRIED for a baby yet, so just be happy you didn't get pregnant before you were ready.
And now that you feel you are ready, just calm down, STOP STRESSING, and just enjoy the process, okay?
Good luck.

Yes...husband and I had always used pull out method and when we decided on a baby, we got pregnant the first time we tried. After my son was born, I took the shot and never went back and continued pull out method. My son is about to be 3 and we have been TTC for 4 months. It will happen.
I think statistically, 90% of the time it takes healthy couple about a year to concieve. Good Luck and Baby dust to you!!!!! Be patient and don't stress out about it. Stress is a real baby making killer.

I used pull out method for years and honestly felt like you. That's because you know pullout is not effective yet it worked so well for us and we didn't fall pregnant. However, feeling secure with that, my husband did not pullout ONE time and I got pregnant. We used pullout after her birth for another 2 years and when we tried again, I fell pregnant the next two times on the first go.
Obviously though, every woman is different and it may still take you some time to conceive.

My grandparents used that method of bc..... however it isn't reliable because of the fact that there is pre-e so Sometimes women get pg off of it.

If you are ready to get pregnant then stop pulling out now, and just keep right on going. Makes for better o's anyway....lol. Definately try for a year before you go to the doctor for infertility.

Also, PLEASE stop posting the same question over and over again. Stick with one question and read the answers that you get instead of posting more questions.

my husband pulled out for about a year but it wasn't necessarily as a form of birth control (i'd been on regular bc too) but I went off bc on march 1st, started my period on march 2nd and was pregnant by march 17th without using any methods of bc (pull out included) so just because he's never ejaculated inside of you doesn't mean you won't be able to get pregnant. It has to do with your hormones, body and how fertile you are and also how fertile his sperm is, what the sperm count is etc. good luck

um...you asked the infertile question earlier...right? So are you trying to get pregnant or are you not trying to get pregnant?

Good Gods...Listen to me. This is all you need to know about the matter...

The average couple TRYING the completely natural way to get pregnant, gets pregnant within the first 12 months. 90% of American Women from 17-28 years old get pregnant the FIRST YEAR of having unprotected sex with no form of deterrent.

Try unprotected sex for 12 months, if you don't get pregnant, then go see a doctor. That's it. That's all you need to know.

the pull out method is a joke really. you can still get just as pregnant if you just let him keep going. he has precum that comes out the whole time that can get you just as pregnant as the rest. but if you havent gotten pregnant so far with that method then it might be some other reason you havent been getting pregnant. because saying you where lucky for 4 years is a long shot.

Thats strange you arent already pregnant! A man has precum through-out sex, therefore can still impreganate you! Not a good method of birth control at all. Perhaps one of you have fertility problems, I would check it out if I were you
