Is there any apiculture center in mumbai?

needed honey bees for project work

Bombay is with full of Queen Bees....but no honeybee...better go to some places like Mahabaleswar/Panchgani or Matheran...you will get those insects for your project work...

Please enquire with Khadi & Village Industries ( KVIC ). They run several apiculture centres at various sites in India. They also run courses on Honey-bee keeping.

KVIC has a full fledge office complex in Vile Parle ( Irla ) near Alpha market. Enquire at the office.

KVIC runs training courses on various subjects at Kora Kendra, Borivli west. ( I don't know whether it includes apiculture).
