Well, first of all you need to find out for sure if you are pregnant by taking a home pregnancy test or going to the doctor for a blood or urine pregnancy test. If you do turn out to be pregnant, you need to inform the father of the child, and (if you are underage), your parents. You need to figure out what you are going to do. Are you prepared to raise a child, or would you rather give it up for adoption? You also need to start prenatal care. You didn't give any details, but this is what you need to do. Good luck.

I just found out I am pregnant, and I know it is a shock, but the first thing to do is find out if you are pregnant. If you are not you don't have to worry about it, and it is the worrying that may be making you think you are. If you really are pregnant you have to make a decision if you are going to terminate the pregnancy or continue with it. Either decision means you need to see a doctor right away so that you can get the proper treatment.

I made a huge mistake when I was pregnant. I waited until I was 6 months to let my my find out. Don't wait. Talk to your mother, so she can tell you what she is financially able to help you with. But you also need to make sure she doesn't want you to give up the baby or abort it. I had my baby though. He is with me and 4 months. I am 14. My mom was mad for a while and she still tries to rub in the fact that I had him so I got to take care of him part. But I wanted this baby and thats what I got. Birth was easy for me. The worst part was pushing. I had an epidural and patocin so I didn't feel nothing except my bootyhole, lol. PUSH LIKE YOU GOT TO HAVE A BOWEL MOVEMENT GIRL!!!, lol ( they told me that)

Well, if you think that you might be pregnant then you need to go and get a pregnancy test and take it. If it is positive you need to go to the doctors office. It would be the best for the baby. You would also need to tell your mom or/and dad or your parents and the father of the child.

I'm guessing you're a) not an adult yet, and b) it was an accident.

You need to tell an adult who you trust. Mum, dad, auntie, teacher, granny, best friend's mum. It doesn't matter who. But please, please, tell someone who loves you - even if you are worried about their initial reaction - and get some support.

The next thing you need to do is go to the doctor (with them) and find out whether you really are pregnant.

If so, the doctor will discuss what happens next with you.

If not, then you really, really need to make sure you don't have another scare. That might mean abstinence, it might mean using birth control.

Double check by getting some hpts and also going to a clinic for a blood test. Then you have: abortion, adoption, raising the kid (in alphabetical order). I know which one I'd choose, but it's up to you. Don't let anybody pressure you. Tell the father and your parents. If not then a counsellor.

Take a HPT. Go to your dr. I am guessing you are just a kid so you can always try Planned Parenthood or Birth Right Centers!
Talk to mommy and daddy. It is a scary thing but you will get through it.
If you are not, lay off the sex until you are ready to become a mommy!
