I have a Christmas party to go to soon and was wondering what color dress I should buy? Also, If I were to get a red dress, would you recommend wearing gold or silver shoes? Thanks!

classy and simple. black dress with silver accessories. shoes silver too unless you find some really nice strappy black things to go with a black dress. lighter to white eyeshadow, black lashes and liner, a little blush, and some pink or red gloss.
you're GOING to the christmas party, you don't want to dress like one (with the red and green and gold and silver all together).

Hi, red dress wld be nice bt make sure the red color that u choose is bright red and I wild choose a gold metalic heels with it! Overall, a pair of red heels wld make u look taller... I prefer red dresses for Christmas.
I actually have one that I'm wearing. I'm wearing black leggings though with black boots that reach over them. I think it looks sleek.
If you want gold or silver shoes though, I'd go with silver.

red dress. personally, i dont think silver shoes would look good with a red dress. black would look better. but silver would be okay

OK, if it is a 'cool' shade, like burgundy or cherry red, silver would look great; but a 'warm' shade, like tomato red looks better with gold. [ my opinion ].
Black looks good with both [ especially velvet or patent
leather! ]
Add neutral or smoky eye makeup, and a light clear red lip color [ to match dress ] or a nude color lip.

I personally love red and gold together.
And also, red, green, and gold are christmas colors right?
Red dress, gold shoes, and maybe red lipstick (thats my favorite).
However, be careful with red lipstick, make it classy, not trashy.

I love red dresses but I am kind of partial to the classic black heels with a black shall or something maybe a matching necklace or earings even. =]

You shouldnt buy red, thats cliche. I would buy gold or silver. But..if you do buy red, wear gold. They go good together.
