It can't, has not been able to be done and seems like in no time soon for that to change. Goto HelioCity http://www.heliocity.net/ and to the forums and ask there, the people in the know will tell you the facts.

you will probably have to go to a generic phone place, that sells all different kinds of phones from many different phone companies they probably can do it for you
