No, it usually makes me more quiet, I can't stand someone giving me the silent treatment but if you stay silent as well, then they don't win!!

Well, if I don't like the person, then I consider myself lucky and move on.
If I care about the person, then I'll do things to try to open up communication again. I have ways of making people talk. *evil laugh*
