Is it true that if we study Venus' greenhouse effect atomosphere, we can learn to control it here on Earth? Or that we can learn to stop air pollution in our atmosphere by studying other planet's atmosphere?

Basically ... can the information about other planets in our solar system help us understand ours?

Hi. Huge difference between understanding and controlling. Earth's greenhouse effect can be slowed, not by understanding how Venus got so hot but why Earth is getting warmer. We have plenty of good hints as to what is going on here. If you are interested in the ORIGINS then yes, the study of other Solar system bodies will help.
