It depends in witch state and witch county your in,I know in the state of Idaho you'll get your lic suspended and or jail time or jail time suspend with probation,but to answer your question DUI might be a misdemeanor,depends on how many covitions you have and like I said earlier witch state and county you live in.

It depends on the laws of your state and how many times you have been convicted of a DUI in the past.

It depends on what you are charged with. If you hurt someone, damaged someones property, or if this isn't the first DUI conviction then you will be charged with a felony. If it's your first offense and there was no injuries or property damage then it's not a felony but it all depends on what state you live.

Sometimes.
It depends on the laws of your unknown country, and on whether it's a first or subsequent offense, how high it was, whether there were injuries, whether you had kids in the car, etc etc.
