You could be low in potassium...eat a banana every day & see if it lessens.

I understand it's hard , but try to relax. At 16 bones and muscles are growing fast and sometimes have a hard time keeping up with each other. Its good you got checked out by a neroligist . What was his thoughts as to why? Keep your mom informed as to your improvment or not. You might try a chiropractor. if your out of alinement that could have an effect. I agree to maybe ease up on the video games because of the repeated motion

Your fingers become stiff because of a lack of blood flow. This is actually a normal body response (to become stiff). If you continue on a long term basis, you will get permanent damage to your hand(s). Stop your play now and then and rub your hands to promote blood flow. Also, take frequent breaks. When you become stiff, your body is telling you ENOUGH.

The occasional twitch I guessing in normal, and not to worry. Its a good thing you saw a Dr. Follow his advice.

It could be a lack of a vitamin or mineral or stress. I would recommend a good once a day vitamin and some kind of stress relieving ..take up yoga or meditation. If it happens more when you are thinking about it i would say its probably stress. If it doesnt improve you might get a second opinion from a doctor.

Seems like you play alot of time playing video games. Step away from the video game & do something else.

Are you out of shape by chance? Obesity can cause all sorts of issues.
