pink discharge? could i be pregnant?

i'm on the shot but i'm a week late for my period. i've never been irregular so i took a pregnancy test and it came out negative but the last couple of days i've noticed i've had light pink discharge, at one time it was a blood cloth along with it. i don't have any cramping just alittle nausea everytime i eat. is it normal? could i be pregnant?

However, be aware that being "on the shot" can cause your periods to become irregular or to stop.
