My right eye(broken eye socket) is still swollen shut, and i have been using ice constantly, any suggestions, any personal experience with this,my left eye is extremely swollen too, barely open and i want to prevent it from shutting. I cant go to school like this so i need help. thanx :)

Aspirin and ibuprofen are anti-inflammatory. They should slightly reduce swelling.

Go to the hospital. Get yourself some painkillers, but don't use too much. Use those ice packs, but make sure they are cold enough. Try not to rely on it too much. Ice packs contract blood vessels and numb nerve cells, possibly causing loss of circulation. The blood carries osteoblasts, which will help to heal your broken bones.

ice, ibuprofin will help with the swelling two 200mg tablets every four hours, and arnica its a natural pain reliever and antiinflamitory cream you can get it at most drug stores. Sorry and I hope you feel better soon

Keep the ice paks on it and relax. Only time will help at this point.
