When is the best time to buy a dell vostro 1500? Such as before Christmas? Before boxing day? When?

Dell did not drop their prices much after last Christmas, so I would say anytime now really. The Vostro is already very cut price.

check out dell's after sales service before u buy.... it's not very good.... and thats what u need a good after sales service....
