hi all,
my ex and i broke up because he was always working and he never had time for me. we broke up about 2 years ago. after we broke up he would always keep in touch till this day. he calls me like every 3-4 weeks to see how i am doing? also, when he calls he wants to hang out and everytime i hang out with him we end up kissing (no sex) just kissing,,,so its not a booty call...im trying to figure him out..what does he want from?? does this make any sense at all?? cause im so confused as to why he hooks up with me when we hang out but we r not together...ive been dating other guys after him and i know that hes been dating other girls after me...i need help trying to figure this out??? im gonna ask him whats on his mind, but before i do this i just want everyones opinion...im curious

We'll he obviously still cares for you as a good friend and enjoys your company. It sounds completely innocent and I don't see the problem its not like your having sex with the guy still a kiss can be just a kiss and even if there is some tongue action doesn't necessarily mean there is more to it. If you really want to know whats up ask him!

I did not read the other responses, however I think they will feel the same way, HE never had time for your (your decision I assume) it sounds to me like he LOVES you and is wanting you back, but you don't get this. Yeah, hes dated, why not, you left him, but he really loves you. At least he has a job. I think you need to make sure you love him,and if you do, explain that although you understand he wants you to have nice things, that having him with you is more important (if that is the case) if what you really want is something else, then stop "meeting" up with him to have "relations": and let him move on. Thats life honey, I am a stay at home mom, who only sleeps in the bed with my hubby 6 nights a month (hes on 3rd shift) because he wants to make sure we have a decent life. Mean while he is on his butt working in the coal mines, just so our children have ALL they could want. be happy he is willing to give up his "time' to give you a good life, or let him find someone who is. Its you not him!!!

Could be that you have the best lips in the world or rock his world with your kisses... I wouldn't understand that as I'm not the biggest kissing fan, but hey..
He probably goes in wanting sex but stops when it hets too heavey and doesn't want to get too committed!

No, it doesn't make much sense. You're friends.....you are NOT dating, so what you are doing is probably nothing more than just trying to rekindle something nostalgic....but it's over and you'd both be better off deciding exactly what this is supposed to be.
